Daddy’s girl
Daddy’s girl
Iggy learnt to stand up a few days ago, watching a human you created explore the world on their own two feet makes my heart explode with excitement.. She will fall down plenty of times, but I know she can get back up and learn a few tricks along the way.
Us
Today is our 2nd wedding Anniversary.. So as most parents do, we went out to dinner and talked about our kids for 2 hours and cut short on having dessert so we could come home and hang out with the kids before bed.. Steven tells me he has a very decadent dessert for me later, I just hope it’s in the fridge ;)
Music is a huge part of our life, Iggy has grown up with some form of music being played in her waking hours since she was a newborn. Her favorite by a mile is when her Daddy sings to her ^_^
Iggy is following in her sister’s footsteps with a deep, true love for reading books, any books, all books!
She will bring a book to you and giggle away as you read with excitement about mystical unicorns riding rainbows to candy land.. I love having geeky kids!
Every cuddle stolen at every possible moment
Steven grew up in a cul de sac with kids the same age. All the parents still remain in their houses and family gatherings always involve ol Bev or Dave poking their heads over the fence to say G’Day… As ‘growing up’ happens, the kids are having kids themselves and becoming equally life long friends.. Australian Suburbia at its best ^_^
