I ignore calls and turn off the tv so I can stare at them like a creep. I will never need to say “They grow up so quickly” because my life revolves around them. Nothing has brought such a feeling of accomplishment than they have. We downsized our life so we could ‘afford’ to never miss a swim meet, a class project, first steps, first words, homework, piano practise, bumps, lumps and grumps.. We don’t own a house, but what we do have is priceless.
